The salary range for this position is generally $160,000 - $175,000 and is based on full time employment in Colorado only. Established network of professional contacts in the employer benefits space that can be leveraged to quickly build new pipeline.

Passion, experience and/or genuine interest in LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Minimum of 5 years of experience selling to the employer benefits channel.

Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapt to changes.

Desire to learn, grow and develop as the company grows.

Strong and efficient written and verbal communication skills.

#FOLX HEALTH STATES SOFTWARE#

Confidence with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and quota allocation and territory mapping software.

Track record of building and scaling commercial teams through significant growth.

Employer benefits sales expertise (closed $5m+ deal volume in employer benefits and/or 5+ years of demonstrated customer relationship management experience in healthcare/wellness/employer benefits or management consulting).

Collaborate with senior leaders across functional areas to identify and prioritize opportunities and with Marketing/Content, Clinical Services, and Product, teams to develop materials and messaging.

Cultivate relationships with companies across the space to track competitive offerings and understand broader market dynamics by attending conferences, meetings, and other events.

Implement best practices to sustain a high performing BD team including but not limited to market landscaping, deal pipeline development, transaction playbook creation, quota setting and allocation coordination, and sales productivity improvement.

Build, coach, and manage a team focused on sourcing and executing sales opportunities in the employer benefits, payer, and broker channels.

Develop operational metrics to measure business process efficiency and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges to increase overall sales productivity.

Own all aspects of deal execution, including identification and prioritization of partners/targets, strategic and financial assessment, proposal drafting, transaction structuring and negotiation, operations planning, and relationship management.
